I had given circle skirts a rest for a while but it was about time to bring one out! I wanted to go for the whole 90s preppy look today with a few modern twists. It's funny how history repeats itself when it comes to fashion. From the berry lips, down to the choker necklaces, 2016 is definitely revisiting the 90s once again.
