Hello from NYC everyone! If you know me, you know I love bold fashion choices. So when animal print jackets started trending, I couldn’t wait to jump on board. Leopard, zebra, and snakeskin prints have made a major comeback, and I’m here for it.

Hello Fall! I'm about a month late with the whole Fall frenzy. After being gone for a while, you've probably been wondering where I've been up to. Simply put, I decided to detox from blogging, little to no social media, I even left the country and left my camera behind. Many of you know I've been battling ulcerative colitis for the past 2 years and I feel like I had been in a very dark place, both mentally and physically. Sometimes, we just need to just leave everything behind and do some self healing, I think this is the best way to be in touch with yourself and declutter anything in the mind that can ultimately affect your overall wellbeing. Although sadly I'm not healed of my condition, I feel a certain progress which makes me optimistic about the future. I'm so happy to be back with an outlook I wish I had before. We are alive, let's do something! PS: Here's a little look I wore. Nothing like a super glam women fur jacket!

You can never go wrong with the ever classic leopard coat. I was trying to think of new ways of wearing it and I thought to give it a more polished look with a pair of paper bag neutral pants which by the way are making a come back this season. Animal print is timeless. I had been on the hunt for that perfect piece that never goes out of style which I finally found. I know many of you might think a leopard coat might be a bit edgy to pull off and would remind you of the oh so flashy Peggy Bundy, but there's something elegant and chic about an animal print coat. It's all a matter of finding the right cut.

Fall is finally approaching and what better way to start the transition than by mixing a bright piece with one of Fall's key elements; leopard print. I bought this top back in 2012 and it's been a staple not just for Fall but any season really. The thing about leopard print is its neutrality which gives you the ability to mix and match with a lot of things. This isn't Fashion 101 but one thing is for certain, leopard never goes out of style.

This week has been a very challenging one, with life, with work, health but despite everything I'm grateful and believe there's a reason for everything. Anyhow, today I felt like snapping some pics of my look which I simply loved! I received these amazing sandals and I'm just in aw! They have to be my favorite pair released in a while by Justfab. They are comfy and true to size, not to mention they also come in two other colors and I'm tempted to add another one to the collection. I paired them with this slouchy khaki dress that makes me feel sexy for some reason, it might be the color which is perfect for Summer-Fall.

Muchos consideran que vestirse de negro es aburrido pero digo que todo depende de que piezas uses a la hora de armar tu look. Para crear un look todo negro que se vea llamativo sería utilizando textura. En mi look opté por cuero, encaje floral y para añadir un toque chic le puse algo de animal print.

Many think dressing all black is boring but I think it's all a matter of how well you choose the pieces you're gonna wear for your look. In order to create that perfect all black look, the main thing to keep in mind is to play with texture. In my look I added some faux leather, lace and a little animal print to add a chic element.

Las sandalias de plataforma es uno de los elementos clásicos de los años setenta y que ahora mismo están retornando a la moda del 2016. Tenía un tiempo buscando unas sandalias de leopardo en este estilo y finalmente las encontré. Me encanta cuan elongadas se ven mis piernas y al mismo tiempo añade un toque chic a mi look.

Chunky heels are definitely an epitome of 70s fashion and are now making a come back this year. I had been searching high and low for a leopard print chunky heel after coming across a pair by Charlotte Olympia which are ridiculous but these were close enough and I'm super glad I found them! I love how long they make my legs look and they also add this chic element to my assemble.

It's Summer everyday in the Dominican Republic but that doesn't mean one can't incorporate Fall elements and still keep it comfy enough to withstand this hot weather we've been experiencing. I opted for a pair of stretchy cotton ripped jeans, which are a staple this season specially the high-waisted kind and a lightweight chiffon leopard top. Another way to really make your outfit pop this season if you just want to keep your wardrobe neutral, is by adding a statement bag, preferably in a bright color or a jewel tone.

Anything "maxi" is on the trend these days and that includes cardigans! The good thing about these is that you feel kinda like a super-heroine of some sort when you wear them, if you know what I mean! This one I got from Jusfab, the style name is Gayle Long Cardigan and I must say the quality is amazing for the price. I just wish they had a size XS for us petite girls, other than that I'm very pleased with it.

Today was particularly a bit cooler, I guess everybody has been experiencing this in their town, so I took advantage to do some light weight layering. Nothing too complex, just a simple casual look with my fave sweater. Camel is definitely one of my fave colors this Fall along with blush and bordeaux.

I hope you all enjoyed Halloween! As for myself I didn't really dress up although I really enjoy doing it. Took the day to do some chores, hang out around town, and have some dinner with my better half. I saw these awesome colored jeans on sale and couldn't pass them up specially since I had been looking for a pair that didn't make me look as if I were naked LOL!

I love summer more than anything but I have to say it's nice when temperatures start cooling off gradually and you can add layers to your look. It's not quite cold here yet, but every other day it's chilly enough to sport a cardigan. It doesn't need to be freezing to simulate fall, it's all about the key elements you choose. For instance, this look consists in what I thought speaks fall; a fedora hat, leather, leopard print, neutral booties, and of course a dark lip.

Hey everyone! It's been a while since I post an OOTD. Don't worry I am back and today's look is very "fall" looking because that's how it feels here lately; like an eternal fall. I had been dying to wear my new Zara mustard jeans I got on sale along with a green pair you probably saw in my Christmas casual outfit. They are the perfect shade of mustard, I was never able to find a shade I liked until now.

I felt like my day required a color injection today! You know me by now, I am a very bright person! A crazy combination of colors doesn't scare me away, unless it involves a hideous shade of green I dislike. Anyhow, I fell in love with this skirt. I thought it was kind of cool because it has a different spectrum of color than other leopard print stuff you normally see.

Going to work doesn't mean your wardrobe has to be boring. By simply adding a little bit of print you can transform your whole look and today I want to show you 2 ways I have worn leopard print to work.

For look #1, I went for a semi-casual look. The trick to wearing denim to work is to be able to dress up the top area. I added a blazer and buttoned up my top all the way up so I could add a necklace.

For look #2, I opted for a more lady like look, sexy but appropriate at the same time. Since leopard is a neutral you can be more playful and add some color.

Leopard should be a staple in everyone's wardrobe, it automatically makes your outfit pop! Don't be afraid of mixing your essentials with this stunning print.
