OMG! I can't believe it's August and I hadn't done a proper neon look! I guess I had just been busy wearing crop tops which is what brought me to create this look.

Lately I have been re-wearing things I hadn't worn in years and this top is one of them. I have been doing mayor wardrobe cleanup due to my move. I want to challenge myself to wear those "oldies" and see if they are worth keeping. Final verdict for this top, KEEP! ^__^ What do you think?
